01What we collect
When you place an order we collect the name, email address, delivery address and, where a work requires it, a contact telephone number. We do not see or store your card number — payment is handled entirely by the payment processor.
When you browse, we collect aggregate page-view and performance data. This site uses analytics to understand which works are being looked at and whether the pages load quickly enough; it is not used to build an advertising profile.
02Why we hold it
To fulfil your order and to keep the records that tax and customs law require. To answer an enquiry you sent us. To tell you about a work you asked to be told about, if you asked.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not needed to complete your order — the carrier, the insurer and the payment processor are the whole list.
03How long we keep it
Order and customs records are kept for as long as the applicable tax and cultural-object regulations require. Enquiry correspondence is kept for two years. Analytics data is retained in aggregate and is not tied to an identifiable person after 14 months.
04Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to object to processing and the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
05Cookies
Essential cookies and local storage entries are used to hold your basket and to keep two open tabs in agreement about it. Analytics cookies are separate and can be refused without affecting your ability to buy anything.
Your basket is stored in your own browser, not on our server, which is why it survives a page reload but not a switch to a different device.
